Beginners
Perfect for people starting their fitness journey. This course will help you build a strong foundation, learning from scratch the fundamental Pilates principles including alignment, breathing, and core engagement.

This class is suitable for beginners and people who have some basic knowledge of Pilates but are looking to develop their knowledge further. A natural progression that bridges the gap between foundation work and more challenging exercises.

Not meant for beginners. Having mastered the fundamental principles, this class will help you further develop your core strength, promote mobility and flexibility in a whole body workout with more dynamic movements and deeper muscle engagement.

Pilates was designed by a man for men. Focusing on posture and building a strong balanced core to support the spine and help prevent back injuries, while improving flexibility in the legs, back, hips and shoulders. By strengthening the pelvic floor it will help with prostate health, whether as a preventative measure or to help before or after surgery.

Seated and Supported Pilates is a modified form which utilises a chair for support, making it ideal for people with limited mobility. Like mainstream Pilates it will help improve core strength, flexibility, balance, posture and general well-being.

1 to 1 Session
From £35
One-to-one sessions will assess your strengths and weaknesses to create a customised programme. Available on a 1:1 basis or with up to two other people. The private assessment can only be booked as part of a one-to-one session.
