Mat Pilates Classes

What Are Mat Classes

Movement for Every Body

Pilates Mat Classes are group sessions performed on a mat using your own body weight for resistance. They focus on building core strength, improving posture, increasing flexibility, and promoting overall body awareness. Each class is carefully structured to guide you through a series of controlled movements and breathing techniques, making it a low-impact yet highly effective form of exercise suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

All classes are held in small groups to ensure you receive personal attention and guidance throughout your session. Whether you are completely new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, there is a class to suit you.
